cloud DEVELOPER

The ideal candidate will thrive in a product driven design workplace and has a strong desire to build form the ground up. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and the growth of the cloud infrastructure. You will need to flourish as part of a growing team and be able to communicate effectively to other engineers, QA, and product management.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Developer with at least 3 years in a Cloud Service environment

• Solid understanding of AWS technology (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, ELB)

• Demonstrated proficiency with at least one modern general-purpose programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, Python, etc.)

• Passion for building low friction APIs, highly responsive RESTful web UIs, and the backend to support them.

• Experience with data modeling and business logic.

• Familiarity with DevOps software development methods.

• Experience developing and maintaining cloud platform infrastructure for hosting cloud native applications.

• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.

• Solid experience in Linux environment.

• Ability to work with a variety of teams and be passionate about building cutting-edge solutions to solve problems with the right technologies.

• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, deployment and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.

preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in various database technology stacks as well as NoSQL and Hadoop.

• Experience working in an architecture using containers (Kubernetes/Docker)

• Experience with Java IDEs, Source Control and Problem Tracking tools

• Experience with automated deployments and source code/configuration management tools
